Card Ordering (TACCARD / TASTART)
Placing an Order
If you wish to place a card order please email [email protected] confirming the number of cards you wish to order. We will then confirm the current card costs, the artwork and request that you provide a purchase order. It is our standard practice to request payment in advance of delivery.
Where possible we will try to group your order with any other current orders to help keep costs down.
Bulk Orders
Once a year (usually around February) we try to place a bulk order of our City Skyline design (examples below). If you are using the same artwork (and able to participate) then you could save up to 50% over ordering 1,000 cards as a one-off order!
As you can imagine, facilitating an order between many customers takes time. We try to give everyone a month’s notice and clearly set a cut-off date. Once the cut-off date has been reached we will place the order with the supplier, at this point the delivery times are the same as a one-off order.
Delivery
Once the order has been confirmed by the supplier it takes between 20 and 28 working days for delivery as per the steps below:
- Delivery from supplier to THERAPYAUDIT 15 – 20 working days (Standard delivery terms, priority ordering is available)
- Quality Control 3 – 5 working days
- Delivery to customer 2 – 3 working days (depending on next available pickup)
Quality Control
This is where we check the card order for quality (e.g. design, colour correctness) and correctly printed numbers. This is important because TACCARD cards are not sequentially numbered. We provide the supplier with the specific numbers (featuring a check digit) that must be printed on each card. This enables our software to prompt a user if the card number they are entering is invalid (see ‘Card Validation (Check Digit)’ below).
